Go up the CN Tower
At 553.3 metres it was the tallest free-standing structure in the world from 1975 to 2007, and it is still the thing that orients you: the lake on one side, the grid running north on the other, the islands laid out below. The LookOut level has a glass floor, and the SkyPod above it is the higher of the two decks. EdgeWalk straps you to a rail and sends you around the outside of the pod, which is a separate booking and a separate nerve.
